Coding Club for Grades 2-3

Join us for beginning coding for grades 2-3. In this 5-week program series, we'll learn about the basics of coding and practice recognizing patterns, breaking instructions into steps, and working with sequences. 

This program is designed for beginner coders with independent reading skills  Please note that this is a screen-free program.

The program takes place on the following dates, Mondays,  March 25, April 1,  22, 29 and May 6 at 3:00 pm. We ask that you only register if you can attend all 5 sessions.  Please note we won't meet on April 8 because we will be having special events for the eclipse and April 15th because the library is closed for Patriot's Day.

Registration is required and is limited to Quincy residents in grades 2 and 3 and is subject to approval by the library. Registration begins on Monday, March 11th at 9:00 am online at thomascranelibrary.org, by phone at 617-376- 1300 ext. 4 or in person at the Main Library Children’s Room.
