Growing mushrooms requires a different technique from growing leafy plants. Learn the basic biology of mushrooms and how to get started with cultivating edible fungi. We'll be joined by Joe Foye of EB Fungi as he walks us through basic biology of mushrooms, cultivation techniques, proper conditions for fruiting.
