In the world we live in today, so much time is spent sitting—at a desk, on our couches, at our kitche tables—and looking at screens—our phones, computers, TVs, etc. Increased sedentary time can have negative impacts on our health, even for people who regularly go to the gym or participate in fitness classes. We’ll cover how to improve how you set up your work and leisure activities throughout the day, as well as exercises and other tips to keep your body healthy and active.
