Summer Sweat Series - A Healthy Balance

Join us as we invite bring back Summer Sweat at the Thomas Crane! We'll be hosting free workouts with local trainers on the Olmsted lawn on the 2nd & 4th Saturdays of each month this summer. 

On July 13th, join Ashley from A Healthy Balance for a beginner friendly strength building workout! 

At A Healthy Balance offers Semi Private Personal Training, Fitness Boot Camps, Massage Therapy, 1:1, Nutrition Consulting, and Corporate Wellness. Through individually designed programming we help our clients discover their own healthy balance and incorporate realistic nutrition, fitness and wellness habits into their lifestyle.

Registration is encouraged but not required! Bring water, a mat, and comfortable workout clothes.
