Join us as we invite local trainers for fitness meetups on the lawn on the 2nd & 4th Saturdays of each month this summer.

On August 10th, join Laura Mahoney for a workout that combines strength and conditioning techniques! Laura Mahoney earned her degree in Kinesiology through the University of Connecticut. Currently she’s a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Precision Nutrition Coach, and Pre & Post Natal Certified.

Laura Mahoney Fitness is here to help all busy women feel strong and empowered in their bodies through fitness & nutrition without sacrificing all of their happiness. 

Registration is encouraged but not required! Bring water, a mat, and comfortable workout clothes. 

*In the event of inclement weather, this event will be held in the community meeting room on the ground floor of the library.*
