Join us as we invite bring back Summer Sweat at the Thomas Crane! We'll be hosting free workouts with local trainers on the Olmsted lawn on the 2nd & 4th Saturdays of each month this summer.

At Proving Ground Studio, we're more than just a functional strength training gym; we're a vibrant and supportive community dedicated to transforming lives. We specialize in team-focused, results-driven workouts designed to take you beyond your comfort zone. Our training sessions revolve around high-intensity interval training, ensuring every muscle group gets the attention it deserves for comprehensive muscle conditioning and effective recovery. We incorporate total body conditioning into our workouts, which include functional strength training classes, small group training, personalized one-on-one training, and our high school sports programs.
Registration is encouraged but not required! Bring water, a mat, and comfortable workout clothes.
