Come make a delicious cupcake craft just in time for Valentine's Day! Decorate unfrosted cupcakes with frosting, food coloring, and candy to make a work of art that's unique AND delicious. Cupcakes are limited, so this event will be first come, first served. This program is for teens in grades 8-12 ONLY.
