Children of all ages are invited to join us on Tuesday August 20th from 2:00 -4:00 pm for a whale of a good time!

We will have a special whale storytime, crafts, puzzles and more in the large meeting room. Out in the atrium you will meet Nile, a life size inflatable Humpback Whale.

Children ages 6 and older will be able to go inside Nile for a half hour presentation by the Whalemobile on whale anatomy, similarities and differences between whales and humans and the crucial role whales play in our planet’s ecosystem. Space inside the whale is limited so each group will be capped at 20 individuals per session. There will be plenty of other activities for you to participate in while you wait for your turn.

Due to the limited space, crowded conditions and lecture style of the information being presented the 6 and older age limit will be strictly enforced.
